Cancellation and Refund Policy   

All requests must be submitted in writing using the Connect with Us form.   

Right to Cancel or Postpone   

Mayo Clinic reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that Mayo Clinic must cancel or postpone an event, the registration fee will be fully refunded.  Mayo Clinic is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses, including fees assessed by airline, travel or lodging agencies.   

Live (in-person), Livestream (virtual), and Blended (online with livestream component) Events

Event registration cancellations initiated by the registrant 14 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee). The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the registration.   

• No refunds will be granted fewer than 14 days before the event start date.   
• No refunds will be granted if credit has been claimed.   

Additional Terms and Conditions   

• Mayo Clinic is not responsible for physical product/supply delivery issues caused by weather, shipping suppliers, and/or incorrect registrant-provided information.   
• No credit can be claimed on a canceled course.
