How to become a member

To become a Mayo Clinic Innovation Exchange member simply download the PDF application and email the completed file to InnovationExchange@mayo.edu. By downloading the file you can digitally sign the application in Adobe.

The application process doesn’t take long. After we receive your completed information we typically review it within two to three business days, and then we will be in touch with you regarding the status of your application and any necessary next steps.

Who should apply?

If you’ve read this far, chances are, it’s you. Membership is perfect for all entrepreneurs and startups in the Health Care and Health Tech sectors that are focused on improving patient care by bringing breakthrough innovations to market. Any phase of the commercialization process is welcome.

We are currently seeking projects related to remote monitoring, virtual care, and hospital at home concepts. Areas of particular interest include oncology, neuroscience, transplant, regenerative medicine and precision medicine. But again, all innovative ideas are always welcome.

Pricing

Membership is currently offered at $250 per month per person, or for an annual fee of $2,750, which includes one month free. A 12-month (annual) membership is required and may be eligible for renewal.
